General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the betongame platform and its users. By creating an account or starting to use the service on betongame, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to comply with these terms.

betongame is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides casino games, slots, sports betting and live gaming to users in Bangladesh. All policies governing the operation of the platform are included in this document.

In addition to these terms, betongame's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines apply equally and form an integral part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict, these main terms and conditions will take precedence.

betongame reserves the right to modify, amend or cancel any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered automatic acceptance of the new terms.

Account Registration

Creating a valid personal account is required to use betongame's services. All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

Information Required for Registration

• Full name (as on national ID card)
• Valid mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Email address (active)
• Date of birth (verifiable)
• A strong password

One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account on betongame. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, the same mobile number or from the same device, all accounts will be permanently closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

betongame may at any time request a government-issued ID, selfie or other proof to verify an account holder's identity. This verification process may need to be completed before a withdrawal is processed. If verification is not completed, payment processing may be delayed.

Age and Eligibility

All betongame services are for persons aged 21 or above only. No person under this age may use this platform.

The 21+ age requirement is strictly enforced. Providing a false age at registration will result in immediate account closure, and betongame reserves the right not to return any deposited funds.

Additionally, persons who have placed their account under self-exclusion may not use betongame during that period. It is the responsibility of the relevant guardian to prevent minors from accessing this platform.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your betongame account login credentials completely confidential. Sharing your username or password with any third party is strictly prohibited.

Security Obligations

• Use a strong and unique password that is not used anywhere else.
• If you store login credentials on your own device, keep the device secure.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify betongame support immediately.
• Follow the verification process to change your email or mobile number.

betongame will not be held liable for any financial loss resulting from theft of account credentials or unauthorised access, unless it occurs due to a fault in betongame's own security systems. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us immediately via live chat.

Deposits and Withdrawals

betongame processes transactions only through mobile financial services available in Bangladesh. Supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.
• After a deposit is processed, it is generally credited to the account quickly.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method and same number used for the deposit.
• If KYC verification has not been completed, the withdrawal process may be on hold.
• If the wagering requirement for a bonus balance has not been met, that portion cannot be withdrawn.

betongame reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal and request additional verification to prevent suspicious transactions or money laundering.

Bonuses and Promotions

betongame offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific conditions.

Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on your first deposit at betongame, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — in the above example, ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be placed.

General Bonus Terms

• After accepting a bonus, you cannot withdraw until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Each bonus applies only once — separate terms apply to each bonus offer.
• betongame reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be removed from the account and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Another bonus cannot be applied to winnings obtained from one bonus.

VIP Cashback

The betongame VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is given based on the net loss for the week. Example for a Gold member: a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 earns cashback at 0.7%, which is ৳140.

Betting Rules

All bets on betongame are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or changed, unless there is an issue in the bet processing due to a technical fault on the platform's own side.

Sports Betting

• The official results of the relevant sports body apply in determining bet outcomes.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the original stake for that bet will be refunded.
• For multi-bets, if any one selection is incorrect, the entire bet will be considered void.
• If there is suspicion of abnormal betting volumes or manipulation, betongame may hold payment pending investigation.

Casino Games

• All game outcomes are determined by a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a fault or malfunction occurs in the game software, all bets for the relevant round will be considered void.
• If a win cannot be delivered due to a technical issue, betongame will take alternative measures.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betongame platform and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Following coordinated or artificial betting strategies to exploit the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Using automated bots or scripts to conduct betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Harassing, deceiving or attempting to harm another user.
• Impersonating a betongame staff member.
• Opening or operating an account by providing false information.

betongame reserves the right to monitor any account and conduct an investigation in the case of suspicious behaviour. An account may be temporarily suspended during an investigation.

Account Suspension and Closure

betongame may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete identity information.
• Failing to respond to a request for identity verification.
• No activity on the account within a specified period (inactive account).
• Legal obligation or instruction from an authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time via betongame's live chat or email. In this case, if there is a valid balance and the wagering requirement has been met, it can be withdrawn.

Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may exclude yourself from the platform for a set period or permanently. For more details on this, see our Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

betongame strives to provide the best service through its platform, but accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Interruption to a bet or game due to loss of internet connection.
• Loss caused by a problem with the user's own device or software.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters, cyber attacks or circumstances beyond betongame's control.
• Transaction delays caused by a third-party payment service provider.

betongame always attempts to resolve technical issues quickly. If a user suffers a loss due to a fault on the platform's own side, it will be resolved through review.

Data Privacy

betongame takes the protection of users' personal data very seriously. Details of how information collected during account registration and use is stored, processed and kept secure are set out in our Privacy Policy.

betongame uses SSL encryption to keep all data transmission secure. Users' personal information is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes — it may only be shared with authorities where required to meet legal obligations.

betongame reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, betongame will attempt to notify users via their registered email or through platform notifications.
